Tinospora cordifolia also known as heartleaf moonseed or Giloy is used in the Indian Ayurvedic system because of its wide medicinal properties. It is known as the queen of all herbs. It is supposed to be the nectar of god Indra, that’s why it is considered Amrita (pious liquid or nectar).
