Fried rice lovers here you go, here the first thing that you add to cart when you order chienese takeout at home! Egg fried rice with a side of some chicken and vegetables.
Egg fried rice is one of the best way to use day old leftover rice. You can add any bits and bobs of veggies available in your fridge and you’ve got yourself a seriously delicious dish!
2 Tbsp oil
1 tbsp garlic, chopped
2 tsp spring onion, chopped
1 tsp ginger, chopped
1 red chilli, chopped
2 cups cooked rice
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp soya sauce
* In a nonstick skillet or wok, scramble some eggs in tiny bit of oil or butter. When its done remove it from the pan and set aside on a plate or in a bowl.
*Now add more oil or butter to the skillet and saute some onions. Cook the onion until they’re soft; about 3 minutes.
*Add some finely chopped frozen veggies and some minced garlic to the pan.
*Further add cold rice to the skillet and stir it using a flat wooden spatula.
*Once the rice is heated you can add doy sauce and sesame seeds to it.
*Serve it hot!
