Do This Cat-Cow Yoga Every Morning In Your Bed To Calm Your Mind

The thought of getting up early in the morning and following all the necessary pre-workout like wearing workout clothes and shoes are some of the main reasons why mist people hate exercising. Indeed, they prefer staying in bed and scrolling through their social media rather than worrying about their physical appearance. We have here shared the solution to this common problem- start exercising in your bed. You can do some exercises right at your bed when you wake up in the morning. One of which is Cat-cow yoga. This exercise energies your body and also helps to keep your mind calm.

Here's how you can do this Cat-cow yoga.

Step 1: Get up on all your fours on yiur bed. Make sure your wrists should be under your shoulders and knees under your hips with your toes tucked inside.

Step 2: Now, inhale and relax your belly and move it towards the floor. Slowly, arch your back towards the ground, and tilt your tailbone and look up.

Step 3: Hold to the position for 2-3 seconds.

Step 4: Now slowly exhale and arch your spine towards the ceiling and tuck your chin into your chest. Repeat this cat-cow yoga process for about 20-25 minutes every morning when you wake up.
