Papad Stuffed Paratha
1 cup – Wheat flour
3-4 – Roasted papad
Coriander leaves, finely chopped
Green onions, finely chopped
1-2 tsp – Red chilli powder
Pinch of salt
*Take a bowl, and add some wheat flour, a pinch of salt, oil, and water to make a dough.
*Once dough is ready, now apply oil on your hands and knead the dough one more time.
*In a bowl, take few roasted papads and crush them.
*In a grinder, take some sev and crush it. Mix with papad crush.
*Now, add finely chopped coriander leaves and green onions and also add red chilli powder and a little salt and mix them well.
*Add 1 tsp oil into the mixture.
*Now roll a paratha and fill the stuffing.
*First dry roast on medium to high flame and then add oil. Paratha is ready to hunt your hunger!
