So, why not try your hands to this mouth-watering recipe of Banoffee biscuit pudding, let us tell it very easy to make and you will definately love it to bits.
All you need:
15-20 – Biscuits
1 cup – Caramel sauce (you can make it at home with this easy recipe)
¾ cup – Milk + 6 tbsp – Custard powder
½ cup – Powdered sugar
Grated chocolate for garnish
2 – Medium-sized bananas
1 cup – Heavy cream
4 cups – Milk
*Take 4 cups of milk in a saucepan and simmer it on medium flame. Meanwhile, take 3/4 cup of milk in a bowl and mix custurd powder to it.
*Now, slowly add custurd mixture to the milk and bring it to boil and add powdered sugar. When the milk gets thicken turn off the heat.
*Now transfer it to a larger bowl and cover it with cellophane sheet and let it settle for 30 minutes.
*Take a flat glass shallow tray and carefully place the biscuits at the bottom of it and pour caramel sauce over the biscuits generously.
*Pour the custurd mixture to it and spread the bananas and toffee mixture all over it.
*In a cup, beat a small amount cream until it gets soft. Spread it all over the custurd and garnish it with grated chocolates.
