For banana idli:
1 cup Idli batter
4 tbsp jaggery powder
A pinch of salt
A pinch of cardamom powder
1/2 ripe banana, chopped
For coconut jaggery cream:
1 cup coconut milk
2 tbsp jaggery powder
*Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
*Grease the idly tray with butter or oil and pour some spoonful of batter into the moulds and steam till done.
*Cook it for about 10-15 minutes.
* Remove from mould once it is done.
For jaggery sauce, heat some coconut milk and add jaggery powder to it. Stir till it gets dissolved.
