Pedicure session is one of them and is called for a detailed understanding because it requires a lot of paraphernalia and a chronological understanding. As salons are not safe to visit, we have here shared the foot scrub ideas that can work wonder for your legs.
Here’s how you can take care of your foot by easy homemade scrubs.
Coconut oil and salt
Coconut oil and salt are easily available in every home, while the coconut oil removes the dryness of the feet and give it a natural shine, the salt helps in removing dead skin cells and make you feel like you have just come out of a salon.
To make this scrub, all you need is a teaspoon of rock salt, and a few drops of essential oils, and four tablespoons of coconut oil. Heat the coconut oil and make sure it is not too hot. Add the rest of the ingredients to it, now massage your feet thoroughly for at least 20 minutes. You can use this scrub twice a week.
Oatmeal and curd
Oatmeal has many skincare benefits and we have revealed that in our previous posts, and together with curd and some baking soda oatmeal can make the best home scrub for the feet. For this, all you need is a teaspoon of baking soda, two spoons of oatmeal, and one tablespoon of curd.
Grind the oats so that they become a paste. Then add the baking soda and the curd to it, to make a thick paste of it. Now apply it on your feet, massage, and leave it on for 15 minutes. When you are done, wipe your feet with a clean towel and some lukewarm water. Apply a moisturizer to your feet.
