Bok choy is a sweet flavoured vegetable which is also known for its crisp texture in many dishes. The green leafy vegetable is also known as white cabbage. The vegetable is mainly cultivated in China and they usually call it Bok Choy.

It has a leafy blade with succulent and translucent stalks which are white in colour. The entire vegetable is edible and its leaf are very soft and mild.
