What All You need:
2 tablespoons sesame oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 chicken breasts, diced
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
1 cup carrot, diced (120 g)
1 cup broccoli floret (175 g),
2 cups brown rice, cooked (400 g)
½ cup frozen peas (75 g)
3 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce.
How To Make It
Take a pan, pour some sesame oil fry some garlic, ginger, and scallions.
Then add some diced fresh vegetables to it and cook it for few minutes until it gets soft.
Now, add some soy sauce to it, followed by rice vinegar and mix well.
Finally, add cooked brown rice and mix it well with vegetables. Take it out and garnish with fresh sliced green scallions and serve warm.
