Here's how you can make this easy apple cinnamon cake:
½ cup – Condensed milk
3 tbsp – Powdered sugar
½ cup – Oil
½ cup – Milk
1 cup – Whole wheat flour
1 tsp – Cinnamon powder
1 tsp – Baking powder
½ tsp – Baking soda
1 – Apple
6 – Dates
*Take a bowl and add condensed milk in it and add powdered sugar and whisk it.
*Also add oil, milk, vanilla essence, flour mixed with cinnamon powder, baking powder and baking soda. Further add apples, chopped dates/raisins/dry fruits and some brown sugar ti give a cake nice and baked colour.
*Bake it at the 170 degree temperature for about 45-50 mins.
*Let it cool for about an hour and then take it out from the mould.
*Add some icing sugar on the top if you want.
*Enjoy it as your evening snack.
