2 – Frozen bananas
3 – Dates
1 tbsp – Grounded flax seed
2 tbsp – Cocoa powder
1 cup – Almond milk
*Chop the frozen bananas and de-seed the dates.
*Add them to a blender along with grounded flaxseed (for a healthy dose of omega 3 fatty acids) and cocoa powder.
*And finally, add almond milk and blend it for 2 minutes. You can also add a few pieces of dark chocolate in order to make it extra chocolaty.
