But not everyone knows the right way to do squats, it needs bit effort and dedication. Here we have discussed the right way to do squats, so you can get the desired result.
Here's a primer and the right way on how to do the perfect squat.
*All you need to do is stand facing forward with your chest up.
*Now, place your feet shoulder-width slightly wider and extend your hands straight out in front of you to keep a balance. Also you can place your hands holding at level or place them behind your neck.
*Slowly bend at your knees and hips, getting your butt out as if you're sitting into an imaginary chair. Remember to keep your chest lifted and spine neutral and avoid letting your lower back round.
*Bend down as low as you can, by keeping your head and chest lifted. Try to keep your knees over your ankles and press your weight back into your heels.
*In the whole process, keep tour body tight. Push back on your heels, to get back into the position.
Note: You can start with three sets if 10 squats and add more reps of 12,15 when you get used to the motion.
