If you are confused about the healthy snacks, so how about having some mouth-watering cinnamon rolls. The healthy cinnamon is known for its anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidant properties, and also for its distinct flavour and fragrance which works wonder when added to savouries. Here we have shared how you can make this cinnamon rolls in a jiffy.
40g – Self-rising flour or 1 cup – All-purpose flour
1.5 tsp – Baking powder
A pinch of salt
70g – Milk
3 tbsp – Softened butter
3 tbsp – Brown sugar
2 tbsp – Cinnamon
*Microwave the butter until it melts and then add it to all-purpose flour and mix. Also add, milk and knead the mixture into a dough on a flat surface.
*Now in an another bowl, mix brown sugar, cinnamon and corn starch with 3 tbsp butter and make a paste with a light consistency.
*Next, roll the dough flat and spread the cinnamon mixture to it. Again roll the dough nicely.
* Cut then into pieces and press them slightly flat. Spread the parchment sheet on a baking tray and place the rolls and pop them in the microwave for a minute.
*After a minute, take them out and consume them right away.
