Ingredients you need to make Charred Pepper Soup with Coconut Milk

1 – Onion

3-4 – Garlic

Fresh herbs of your choice

2 – Charred peppers

Salt and pepper for seasoning

2-3 – Walnuts

Coconut milk

1tsp – Jaggery

Pinch- Roasted cumin powder

Method Charred Pepper Soup with Coconut Milk

*In a pan, saute onion, garlic, fresh herbs.

*Once onions have caramelised, add the charred peppers to it.

*Season it with salt and black pepper.

*Turn off the flame and let it cool.

*Blend it with 2-3 toasted walnuts.

*Strain the veggies and bring back to heat.

*Add few spoons of coconut milk.

*Add black pepper and a pinch of roasted cumin powder and jaggery to it.
