According to Ayurveda, our body is divided into Vata, pitta and Kapha depending, what kind of energy is flowing through the body. To have a well-functioning system, a balance of all three is needed. Today here we have shared the recipe of a soothing concoction of basil sikanji which calms down the heat. All you need is just easy home ingredients.

1/4tsp – Rock salt
Few basil leaves
Matka cold water
Mishri for sweetener
Pinch of roasted cumin powder
Pinch of fennel powder
How To make it:
*Take a glass and cut the lemon into two halves, squeeze the juice of a lemon in a glass.
*Now add 1/4 tsp of rock salt and mix them well until the salt dissolves completely in it.
*Take basil leaves.
*Add basil leaves to the Matka cold water.
*Now add mishri or sugar as a sweetener followed by a pinch of roasted cumin powder and fennel powder.
