During the lockdown, do you miss sitting in a cafe with your friends having cheesy fries and cold coffee? Indeed, we all miss that time. And where nothing works best beyond fries, here is a recipe how you can make it at home to make your snack time even more interesting.

Ingredients
2 medium-sized potatoes
3-4 cloves of garlic
1 tablespoon of butter
1 tablespoon of oil
1/2 teaspoon of red chilli flakes
chopped of coriander
100 grams of mozzarella cheese (grated)
1/2 teaspoon of black pepper powder
Method
*Start by chopping medium sized potatoes into thin french fries like slices. And finely chop 3-4 cloves of garlic.
*Once your potatoes are sliced down, take a flat pan and put it on a medium flame and add one tbsp of vegetable oil and one tbsp of butter. Now add chopped potatoes and garlic to it. Stir fry it until it gets golden brown.
*Now, add 1/2 teaspoon of red chilli flakes, black pepper to it. Fry it and add a handful of finely chopped coriander to it.
*Fry and cover it and let it cook a bit and alongside grate 100gms of mozzarella cheese. Meanwhile add salt and one you see fries have turned golden brown add cheese to it.
* Mix them well, and let the cheese melt. Garnish them with finely chopped coriander.
*Now, serve it with a dip or a cold coffee.
