60 g – Almond flour
60 g – Parmesan cheese
Seasoning (optional)
Water
*In a blender add blanched almond flour and grated parmesan cheese in equal amount.
*Now mix it and then add 2 tbsp of water to it and mix it well again.
*Now, knead the mixture into a dough and place it on a parchment sheet.
*Firmly press it flat using your hands and give a rectangular shape. Cover it with another parchment sheet and roll it.
*After few minutes remove the parchment sheet and cut it into little pieces.
*With the help of toothpick, make tiny holes on the dough.
*Next, place all the crackers in the microwave and cook them for 2 minutes.
*Let them cool for 5-10 minutes.
*Garnish them with salt or oregano and enjoy!
