Ingredients you need to make vegan coconut cookies:

2 cups – Rolled oats

2 cups – Shredded coconut

2 – Ripe bananas

Steps to make coconut cookies:

*In a mixer, add 2 cups of oats and shredded coconut and blend into a, bread crumbs-like consistency.

*Once the blending is done, add 2 ripe bananas to the crumbly mixture. It will add natural sweetness to the cookies. If you have a small blender, mash them before adding.

*Now, take a spoonful of the mixture and place it on the parchment sheet or butter paper placed on a baking tray.

* Next, bake them in the oven for 20 minutes at 160 degrees celsius.
