Try This Bael Sharbat To Get Some Relief From Scorching Heat

Wood apple or an Indian bael is blessed with so many nutritional qualities. It has a pure crude fiber, calcium, phosphorus, iron, zinc, copper, manganese, sodium, potassium, manganese and Vitamin C and others. The super fruit is considered among highly rich nutritious foods. Bael is high in protein which further helps in muscle repair.

Here we have shared an easy recipe of Indian bael sharbat, which has several benefits for the stomach and digestive system.

Here how you can make at home.


1 Wood apple pulp (bael)

2 tbsp mishri (rock sugar)

2 tsp black salt

1 tsp cumin powder

Chilled water

Ice cubes (optional)


*Break the wood apple and take out its pulp in a bowl. It is very important to know that the fruit is well ripened.

*Now add 4 glass of water to it and mash it well and separate the seeds aside. Keep it undisturbed for 10-15 minutes.

*Now strain the juice.

*Now add rock sugar, black salt and cumin powder to it.

*Serve it with ice cubes and crushed mint leaves and lemon juice.
