Here's how you can make it:
125g – Butter
2 – Ripe bananas
A pinch of salt
1 – Egg
½ cup – Brown sugar
¾ cup – Flour
¾ tsp – Baking powder
*Take a small amount of butter and heat it in a saucepan on high flame for four minutes until it foams and turns golden brown.
*Cool it down and strain in a bowl.
*Mash banana and sugar together and add egg in it and mix it well.
*Add brown butter in it and whisk.
*Add flour, salt and baking powder and mix it until it gets combined.
*Pour 4-5 ramekins into it and bake at 180 degrees in a pre-heated oven for about 15 minutes.
*Serve it with salted caramel sauce and cream or ice cream of your choice.
