Chocolate Biscuit Pudding: There is no defined time for dessert. In fact who loves sweets or desserts will certainly agree that dessert goes directly to the heart. Check out this easy breezy no-bake recipe of biscuit pudding that can be prepared using these ingredient.
Ingredients you need:
4 tbsp cornflour
1/2 cup of cocoa powder
1/2 cup of sugar
2 tbsp of coffee powder
1 cup of water
2 ripe bananas
At least 25-30 digestive biscuits of your preference
5 cups of milk
*In a saucepan, take 4 cups of milk and allow it to simmer for 5 minutes. Now take a bowl and add 1/2 cup of milk along with 4 tablespoons of cornflour. Mix them well that there are no lumps left in it.
*In another bowl, add rest of the milk and cocoa powder, give it a thorough mix until no lumps are left. Now add all this to the saucepan, stir the mixture to add a half cup of sugar and mix well.
*Once the mixture is thick transfer it to a bowl and cover the bowl with a cellophane wrap and let it cool down.
*Now make a coffee syrup, in a cup of water add 2 tablespoons of coffee powder, add this coffee syrup to the biscuits so that they get soaked properly. Place the biscuits in a serving dish and spread the syrup thoroughly so all biscuits are soaked by the syrup.
*Next, top the biscuits with the pudding mixture and spread it evenly.
*Refrigerate it for at least 6 hours and enjoy your homemade biscuit pudding without bake.
