Peas And Paneer Paratha For Your Dinner: If you are a paratha lover, you must have tried various mouth-watering that can be made with the simplest of ingredients and vegetables at home. Right from your all time favourite aloo paratha to season's best gobhi paratha, the variation is unimaginable. And in that one must try the unbeatable combination of peas and paneer that makes for a mouth watering treat. It can not only be eaten as a morning breakfast but it can go well as for dinner also.

Here’s the recipe!
4 cups – Whole wheat flour
2 no – Garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 cup – Paneer, grated
3/4 cup – Green peas, blanched and slightly mashed
1tsp – Green chilli
1 1/2tsp – Ginger paste
1tsp – Garaam masala
1/2tsp – Amchoor powder
1tsp – Carom seeds
Coriander leaves, roughly torn
5 – 6 Mint Leaves
1/4 cup – Butter/ghee, for basting
Take some wheat flour in a bowl for a dough, add salt to it and mix.
*Knead a soft dough using lukewarm water.
*Cover and let it rest for few minutes.
*Meanwhile for the stuffing, take all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well and saute it.
*Make small round balls of dough.
*Roll out the ball into a small circle, and add a tablespoon of the mixture to it and form a ball by sealing it from all the sides.
*Flatten it in between your palms and roll it out.
*Heat the iron and cook the paratha from both sides.
*Once cooked, place it on a plate and apply butter or ghee to it.
