We have shared a very simple and quick recipe by chef Sanjeev Kapoor.

Ingredients you need
4-5 – Dried red chillies
1 inch – Ginger
6-7 Garlic cloves
1 tbsp – Coriander seeds
10-12 – Black peppercorns
Water
1 tbsp – Yogurt
1 tbsp – Lemon juice
2 tbsp – Rice flour
Salt to taste
200 gm – Cottage cheese or paneer
1 cup – Roasted vermicelli
Method
*Blend, red chillies, ginger, garlic cloves, coriander seeds, black pepper and sufficient amount of water and blend them all together in a blender.
*Transfer the blended paste into a bowl and add yogurt and lemon juice to it. Now add some rice flour and salt and mix them all together.
*Now add some water to make a paste consistency.
* Take some paneer and cut them into small pieces.
* Now, dip a piece of paneer in a paste one by one.
* Now, get some crushed vermicelli and add the paneer pieces to it to form another layer of coating.
*Heat some oil in a pan and deep fry the paneer slices till it gets crunchy.
*Serve it with chatni or sauce.
