We all love chocolate, and during this lockdown period, we all have been craving for more. The reason why we all hunt our craving on chocolate varies from person to person, but one of the most common reason is it makes you happy and reduces your stress level, eating chocolate releases dopamine and makes you feel good. The other reason is, chocolate contains magnesium, and those who have less amount of magnesium in their body, tend to have more chocolates. Check out the recipe below to uplift your mood to have chocolates.
*Take bourbon or oreo biscuits and grind them into a fine powder like consistency.
*Transfer the grinded powder in a bowl and add half a cup of cream cheese to it.
*Mix them well and form small balls of it. Refrigerate it for about 30 minutes.
*Before taking out the balls, transfer it to the microwave safe bowl and pop it into an oven for a minute for the chocolate to melt.
*Insert an ice cream stick or toothpick into each ball and dip it into the bowl of melted chocolate and place it on the tray.
*Again pop it in the refrigerator for 15 minutes and dip it once again in chocolate to get a thick-coated layer of chocolate.
*Sprinkle some coloured candies or coconut flakes to it and enjoy!
